Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance; your order is accepted once dispatched.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@prestonpilates.com or call +61 7 3879 3500. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Pricing All prices include GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Health Disclaimer All equipment is sold for use by individuals who are physically capable of safe operation. Preston Pilates strongly recommends consulting a qualified pilates instructor or health professional before beginning any new exercise programme.

Consumer Guarantees Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
