Preston Pilates – Return and Refund Policy
At Preston Pilates, we are committed to delivering high-quality pilates equipment and accessories. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Unused equipment and accessories in original packaging
- Faulty or incorrectly sent items
- Products in resalable condition with all original documentation and parts
Non-Eligible Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as resistance bands or grip socks that have been opened
How to Return Email us at contact@prestonpilates.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for faulty or incorrectly sent items subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending anything back.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
